What is Rendr?

How do I cancel or reschedule a delivery?

For any queries regarding rescheduling or changing your delivery, please open the help centre by visiting support.rendr.delivery or calling our customer support team on 1300 697 363.

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?

You must be at your delivery location to receive the order. Failing to do so can result in an order cancellation. In cases where a customer is unavailable to accept the delivery the driver may contact you to leave the order somewhere safe.

I received an incorrect item/order. What do I do?

If there is a missing item in your delivery, or you have received the incorrect delivery, we encourage you to contact the store to get the most up to date status of your order.
